Last Saturday was the classroom bit for the FRCCA. I also met my mentor, Andy Graham. He was the one that taught us about proper racing line in general, and Pocono, in particular. He even went over what gears for what part of the track. Neat. There were 3 of us in NJ, and I guess 3 more at VA, so 6 new drivers this year. That's GREAT!
Neal and I spent a couple hours yesterday going over the car, ty-wrapping everything loose, and re-routing some odd wiring decisions. Everything looks good for this weekend.
All I have to do is drain the antifreeze and refill with water/water-wetter, and make sure my drivers suit is ready. A run to Stow for fuel, and another run to Airgas for nitrogen.
